Northern New South Wales

Took a trip up north to visit some friends using frequent flyers on Jetstar, while we have some free time. Back to the place it all started in 2006. We got engaged and moved to Australia together to settled in Cabarita beach where Richard was keen to get into business with a friend. Our first cohabitation together and believe me it was an adjustment, especially living in a small isolated town in the far edges of Brisbane's suburbia. A trip down memory lane to see the place where we first got married, Norrie's Headland in Cabarita Beach, overlooking the ocean, just a stroll from where we used to live, at The Beach Apartments.

The weather was nice and tropical, more humid than Melbourne's climate, we took the opportunity to enjoy warmer waters at the beach before the summer season ends. Big thanks to Ben for letting us stay with him and borrow his car. He and Richard got to let loose in the water parks while I visited with Vesy and her growing boys, which is always a delight. In Byron Bay we met up with Ed, a good friend from overseas who we always seem to find back in Australia, and his fiancee, big congratulations to them. Caught up with Cousin Stephen, who is studying just down the road in Tweed Heads. Its so funny to eventually bump into friends and family from all over the world. A brief trip to Brisbane to see Dean M and Crazy Kath... Lots of visiting, no pics. I got tired pretty quickly of all this socializing, so by the end of the trip we took it easy.
